Winner – Georgian Group Architectural Awards 2019

October 2, 2019Bath Preservation TrustBPT Projects, News, Public Realm

It is with much excitement that we can finally announce that our ongoing programme of historic street sign conservation, enabled by the Bath World Heritage Enhancement Fund, has jointly won the Georgian Group Architectural Awards 2019. Additional congratulations are extended to our fellow winners Harrison Brooks architects and PERA for their work reinstating overthrow lighting on the Great Pulteney Estate. Overall, a great win for Bath that demonstrates the city’s exceptional Georgian heritage, and emphasises the positive contribution of Bath’s streetscape to its shared aesthetic and socio-cultural character. A big thank you to everyone involved in making this possible; to read our official media release click here here.
