The Views & Vistas project is a record of people’s favourite nominated landscape views throughout the Bathscape area so that we can better understand and enjoy them. Forty views have been identified as important by people who live in and near Bath. If your favourite isn’t included, now is the time to let us know.
We are looking for volunteers to help with recording the Bath viewpoints, and to venture outside over the seasons to experience these views. The work takes many forms including traditional online or archival research, and fieldwork and photography to record aspects in the view that are of historical, geological or natural interest and importance to local communities.
We’re really keen for the community to help us to share and celebrate the importance of our local landscape views.
