Our Response Where it is indicated that the replacement windows would be “made in the same style and materials that were installed on the upper floors as approved in 2012”, it is presumed that these would be aluminium white-finished units, where the existing windows are indicated to be aluminium-framed. We recommend that material details are clarified with the case officer, but otherwise a like-for-like approach would be acceptable and there would be no change to the appearance of the building.
