Proposal
Replacement of all existing timber windows with new white PVCu windows.
Our Response Meadow Court is situated within the World Heritage Site and just outside of the Bath City Wide Conservation Area, but forms part of the Brassmill Lane townscape and contributes towards the appearance of a secondary route into and out of the conservation area to the west. Where possible, we recommend the consideration of material alternatives to uPVC windows, such as metal-framed windows, whilst recognising the intention to improve the thermal efficiency and associated residential comfort of the building.
