External alterations for the removal of asbestos tiles from the roof of Hill Coach House and replacement with historically accurate natural slate.
Our Response The roof is currently indicated to be in a poor condition, utilising a hazardous material as a roof covering. We are therefore supportive of the proposed replacement of asbestos with a traditional, natural slate roof covering, the reinstatement of which would enhance the appearance of a listed building and its relationship with No. 23 Bathwick Hill.
