Our Response Whilst the application highlights the indicated difficulties with retaining and refurbishing the existing building to provide a family home, BPT continues to encourage consideration of the retrofit and reuse of existing buildings wherever possible, to reduce the waste generated through development both in the creation and use of new materials, and the disposal of existing materials and their embodied carbon.
