Our Response This application for change of use would result in the sandwiching of the property at 61 Meare Road between two Class C4 HMO properties (see planning permission 16/04592/FUL for HMO use of 59 Meare Road), and would likely result in disturbance to existing occupiers, with resulting detriment to residential amenity. As such the proposed change of use would be contrary to Policies H2 and D6 of the Core Strategy and Placemaking Plan and should be refused or withdrawn.
