Our Response Considering the scale of glazing across the proposed two storey rear extension, we emphasise the importance of considering potential, visual impact on wider landscape setting due to the likelihood of increased light spill or sun glare. The property sits on a sloped position above the Lyn Brook, overlooking the wooded valley of Lyncombe Vale to the south. It is as yet unclear as to the visibility of this property in wider views, or whether proposals would be suitably mitigated with established tree coverage. This may be clarified through the use of a Landscape Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA).
