5 Terrace Walk forms part of a pair of Grade II Georgian terraced shops in the core of the Bath conservation area and World Heritage site.

BPT has no comments regarding the proposed change of use. However, we are surprised that no details of internal or external changes have been included as part of the CoU application to better inform the LPA of the scheme as a whole. We would advise any proposed material changes to be included to better inform the LPA as to how this change of use will affect the special architectural and historic interest of a listed building, as well as the wider appearance and character of the conservation area and World Heritage site.
