45 Prior Park Road forms one of a pair of semi-detached Grade II mid-19th century villas, situated within the Bath conservation area and World Heritage Site.

We note that this application appears to be missing a D&A Statement and Heritage Statement, and is therefore incomplete. We strongly recommend that the appropriate documents, including a proportionate assessment of the significance of the listed building and the anticipated impacts of the proposed scope of works on the building’s special architectural or historic interest, are submitted before this application progresses further.
