Our Response

BPT previously supported permitted application 22/00660/FUL, with regards to the proposed replacement of uPVC windows with timber framed double-glazed sash windows. We continue to consider that this aspect of the scheme would positively reinstate a more traditional material alternative, which would be of benefit to the grouped appearance of the terrace and its contribution to the conservation area, whilst also being capable of high thermal performance.
