Our Response Whilst we are content to leave the final decision on this application to the planning judgement of the conservation officer, our view is that the proposed new windows to this elevation are not justified by public benefit and will substantially alter this – albeit already altered – elevation, thereby causing less than substantial harm to the special architectural interest of this asset.
