15 Fountain Buildings, City Centre

15 Fountain Buildings is an unlisted 20th century building situated within the Bath conservation area and World Heritage site. It is positioned opposite multiple Grade II late 18th century buildings including 3-3a, 4-5 and 7 Fountain Buildings.

Should this change of use be consented, we maintain that details for the proposed signage should be submitted to the LPA for assessment, either as part of this application or a separate AR application. Considering its sensitive location, we encourage the use of minimal, traditionally-applied signage utilising natural materials and finishes.
