Our Response We object to the removal of this condition on the basis that it contains a previously unapproved and unacceptable element that was not included in the original application; the wooden decking to the flat roof area. We strongly oppose any changes to the surface of this flat roof that might make it suitable for use as a roof terrace (we have already objected to the separate application for a roof terrace). This element must be removed before the application can be considered.
