External alterations for the mounting of a defibrillator cabinet on external elevation of St Mark’s Church.
Our Response Whilst we entirely support the provision of a defibrillator, we question whether it needs to be affixed to the listed building (with the issues relating to harm to fabric from fixings) or whether it could be better located on railings or a stand-alone mounting structure.
