Removal of existing shopfront and replace with powder coated aluminium framed shopfront. Create link between property and adjacent garage.
Our Response The use of timber cladding is inappropriate in the urban area of Oldfield Park. Maintaining a painted stone or natural stone finish is more in keeping with the character and local distinctiveness of this part of the city and relates better to the visual amenity value and homogeneity of the townscape and city-wide World Heritage Site.
