Internal and external alterations for the installation of gas boiler with flue in front wall.

Our Response

28 Richmond Place forms one of three Grade II late Georgian terraces situated within the Bath conservation area and World Heritage site.

BPT does not oppose the proposal. However, we are unsure as to why this application has been validated without the submission of the appropriate existing and proposed elevations for the benefit of the LPA to better clarify the position and size of the flue in relation to the building’s overall façade appearance. We therefore strongly recommend that this application should not progress further until the relevant drawings are submitted.
