Finally half term is here! The Beazer Maze is perf Finally half term is here! The Beazer Maze is perfect for play and daily exercise for little legs... Did you know? In 1972 Beazer Holdings, the construction company, were denied permission to build flats at the rear of the Rugby clubhouse. The Beazer family then generously passed ownership of the land to the Bath Preservation Trust who created an open garden and small labyrinth called the “Beazer Maze”. The central mosaic uses different stones and minerals which all have a story to tell in the building and history of Bath. Bath Preservation Trust is still the freeholder but it was transferred to be held and maintained by the City as a public open space on a 999-year lease.
