Our Response

The Grain Store is an unlisted residential complex built in 2018, situated between Windsor Bridge Road and Lower Bristol Road, on a main arterial route into the city. The site is within the outer region of the Bath World Heritage site.

BPT is unable to make a proper assessment of the application due to the lack of information supplied regarding the appearance, size, and positioning of the proposed interior vinyl stickers. We therefore remain unclear as to how the proposed changes to the building frontage would affect the amenity value of the local area. We would advise that further documentation clarifying this aspect of the application are submitted to the LPA before this application progresses further.
