Erection of dormer window.
Our Response This is a symmetrical short post war terrace that reads as a cohesive (and unaltered) group and makes a positive contribution to the local area. The installation of a side dormer would unbalance the composition of the terrace and the symmetry of its front elevation roofscape which we feel would result in a loss of distinct character and interest to this terrace.
