Our Response The Trust is concerned that an external satellite dish is needed on this newly restored building at all. The siting of a satellite dish on the roof, albeit partially screened by the stack, would fail to preserve the special interest of this listed building. It would therefore be contrary to Place Making Plan Policy HE1 and the duty to preserve the special interest of this listed building under Section 16 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
