Display of non-illuminated clinicians sign – Brass plaques on solid oak timber plinth, opening hours sign – brass plaques on solid oak timber plinth and window vinyl graphics.
Our Response The Trust acknowledges that this is a marked improvement on the original application for this business, however we remain concerned regarding the amount of clutter applied to the elevation of the listed building. Whilst we understand that the Piattin signage is the subject of an enforcement enquiry, the cumulative amount of signage on this elevation is harmful to the special interest of the listed building. We question whether an opening hours sign is necessary or could it be relocated away from the door case (inside the foyer?) and/or whether the left hand brass plaque could be a little smaller.
