External work to replace double doors within modern glazed screen at the rear of the building.
Our Response
Cranwell House is a Grade II Victorian mansion, now a school, situated within the Bath conservation area and World Heritage site.
In principle, BPT is not opposed to the replacement of a set of contemporary doors. However, we have noticed that this application does not include the proposed elevation with an example of the new door design. We would recommend that this is submitted to enable the LPA to make a fully-informed decision regarding the suitability of design.
