External alterations to include replacing aluminium windows with timber sash windows to the front facade.
Our Response Whilst we do not object to the principle of contemporarily designed development on this site, our observations are that it is difficult to understand how this building, which in design terms is a complete departure from local character, sits within the local context and townscape, therefore we would recommend that street elevations and even better a set of 3D views should be submitted. Whilst not in our usual remit to comment, we do also question the complete lack of any outdoor amenity space.
