Installation of an external boiler flue.
Our Response

26 Belvedere forms part of a Grade II group of three early 19th century shops on a corner between Lansdown Road and Camden Crescent with 20th century shopfronts. It is situated within the Bath conservation area and World Heritage site.

We query whether the flue outlet could be smaller, and consequently less visually intrusive along the Camden Crescent elevation.
