Erection of split level annex under garden terrace to replace carport and garden room, following demolition of existing basement annex (resubmission).
Our Response On review of this application we feel the appearance of this scheme would have a negative impact on the local streetscene and would fail to maintain or enhance local character. This is largely to do with the excessive amount of different and in some case inappropriate materials to be used. Because of this the appearance of the dwelling would be cluttered, and this would detract from the local amenity value of the area.
