Internal and external alterations for the general repair of property with repointing, rewiring, replumbing, replacement of bathroom/kitchen and removal of existing lean-to structures to the rear.
Our Response With the proviso that we have not had a site visit and may not be privy to some more detailed information from that, the Trust is in principle supportive of this application which looks to sensitively restore, repair and enhance this listed building using appropriate techniques, craftsmanship and materials. The only comment we would make is that there is a lack of drawings, though the photo survey is useful.
