Removal of condition 2 (full details) and variation of condition 3 (in accordance with plans) of application 13/00721/LBA (Internal and external alterations for the change of use from office to residential on first, second and third floors.).
We object to the removal of this condition on the basis that it contains a previously unapproved and unacceptable element that was not included in the original application; the wooden decking to the flat roof area. We strongly oppose any changes to the surface of this flat roof that might make it suitable for use as a roof terrace (we have already objected to the separate application for a roof terrace). This element must be removed before the application can be considered.
