Our Response Our only comment on this application besides acknowledging the conservation gain in the removal of the garage from the setting of the building is that the proposed car port element does not appear to maintain or enhance the special interest of the listed building; it adds unnecessary clutter and intervention to a side of this symmetrical villa that has been clear of additions.
